By using this site, creating an account, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you book tutoring, the parent agreement and the cancellation and refund policy also apply. Where those documents conflict with these terms about tutoring services, they control.

Accounts are for parents and legal guardians who are at least 18 years old. Children do not get accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account, and you agree to give us accurate information and keep it current.

Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account.

Submitting a request is not a booking. A session exists only once we confirm it in writing. We may decline a request if the time is unavailable, if the schedule is full, or if we are not the right fit for what your child needs.

Confirmed sessions that need payment are held for 24 hours and released if payment is not completed.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details go to Stripe rather than to us. Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars. Prepaid sessions expire 12 months after purchase, are not transferable between families, and are not redeemable for cash except as set out in the refund policy.

We may change our prices. A change never affects a session you have already paid for or a bundle you have already purchased.

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or book on behalf of a child you are not the parent or guardian of;
• attempt to access another family's account, data, or session history;
• probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone connected with Moore Prep.

The text, photographs, video, layout, and branding on this site belong to Moore Prep LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than normal personal use such as printing a page for your own records.

We work to keep the site and booking system running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, and third party failures happen. If the booking system is down and you need a session, email [email protected].

The site is provided “as is.” Content here is general information about our services and is not educational, medical, or legal advice about your child. As explained in the parent agreement, we do not guarantee any particular academic outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Moore Prep LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with its last-updated date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
